Hoopilates | Workshops & Classes
This is a small group personal training class(5 students only) that uses the hula hoop for cardio and core training.
Pilates based exercises will also be included to get you …beach ready!!
May 7, 14, 21, 28 are the dates for this workshop. Cost for full program $80.00. Single classes are $20.00. Drop-ins are welcomed but a phone call first to make sure there is availability.

Ayurveda and Aromatherapy at Mudita Yoga | Workshops & Classes
Ayurveda and Aromatherapy with Linda Lauretta, LCSW. Learn about your individual Ayurvedic constitution and how you can help balance physical, emotional and mental attributes through the use of aromatherapy. The essential oils presented are all custom blended to alleviate specific doshic imbalances. Ayurveda teaches that all creation is made up of the five elements and we use this principle to identify the essential oils that harmonize with our constitution. We will explore how best to incorporate aromatherapy into our daily lives in simple, yet effective ways. The workshop will also include relaxation and awareness exercises designed to help attune you to hearing and responding to your body in healing ways. $45.
