This class is practiced in a room that is 92 to 100 degrees. Great for stretching and warming your muscles!

Kids Day, Kingston Farmers’ Market | Community
August 4th – It’s Kids’ Day at the Kingston Farmers’ Market. There’s as much fun for the kids today at the Market as there is for you! Enjoy free activities, fun and games for the whole family. There will also be a cooking class for kids with Chef Kendell Brenner of Chefs2be. And Crafts on John Street return to the Market this week. Hand-made soaps and lotions, glassworks, fiber art, and more are some of the wares you’ll find from this talented group of local Hudson Valley artisans. Almost 40 vendors make this Market one of the largest outside of NYC. Located on Wall Street in the Historic Stockade District of Uptown.
Kingston Land Trust proudly offers the Kingston community free “Yoga in the Park!” in partnership with Mudita Yoga Studio and the City of Kingston’s Park and Recreation Department. Free Adult yoga will be offered by Shakti Yoga Studio, in Cornell Park, Rondout, Kingston every Sunday from 10am to 11am until Sunday, September, 2.
All yoga participants are encouraged to dress comfortably in exercise attire and to bring mats, blocks and belts. The Kingston Land Trust also encourages citizens to be aware of ticks by applying an appropriate repellent.
