The Healthy Eating Series continues this week at the Kingston Farmers’ Market with Bountiful Blueberries. This super-fruit will be the focus of the chef demonstration & discussion led by nutritionists and chefs from Health Alliance. Whether creating a dish or just snacking on them by the handful, this high in antioxidant food tastes great and is great for you. Almost 40 vendors make this Market one of the largest outside of NYC.
